We take pride in the quality of our furniture and garden essentials, and we want you to love every purchase from CALEDON. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, you are welcome to submit a return request within 30 days of delivery. This return period starts from the date your package is marked as delivered.

📦 Return Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return:

• Items must be unused, unassembled, undamaged and in resalable condition
• All original packaging, accessories, manuals and tags must be included
• Damages caused by improper assembly, misuse or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return

✅ Inspection & Refund Process

Once we receive your returned package, our team will conduct a thorough inspection to verify the condition of the goods. After inspection approval, your refund will be issued back to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for the funds to show in your account, as processing times vary between different payment providers and banks.
